Dermaplaning
What is dermaplaning?
Dermaplaning is a non-invasive skin resurfacing procedure that uses a special surgical blade to gently scrape away the top layer of dead epidermal cells. This is a great alternative for clients who have broken capillaries, who shouldn’t do microdermabasions.
Dermaplaning is ideal for anyone interested in:
- Removal of villous facial hair (peach fuzz) which can trap excess dirt and oil
- An alternative hair removal technique
- Make-up goes on flawless leaving you with soft glowing skin
Dermaplaning is virtually painless. You may feel a mild scratching during the treatment. You may appear to have a mild sunburn. This is a great procedure to do before certain chemical peels.
Upkeep is once every four weeks.
